Fully automated, camera-based inspection of glue and sealant beads is a standard application for Quality Vision Systems. Based on standard modules, individual solutions are done according to size of the part, method of application, glue bead geometry and glue type. For inspection in rough industrial settings, robust and proven procedures are used. Using a configured system, glue bead can be inspected within milliseconds for presence, gaps, position, width, and height.
