FLOATSCAN-5DXIN is the industry proven standard for float glass inspection. It combines several patented ISRA technologies, such as Cross Dark Field and Moiré, to ensure perfect detection and classification of all typical distorting and non-distorting glass defects. At the same time, the system performs optical measurement simultaneously to ensure compliance with both the toughest quality standards and any future requirements for float glass.

FLOATSCAN-5DXIN´s new and improved design now allows faster and easier maintenance access and provides improved accuracy as well as new tools to control the optical quality of the glass. The system also delivers important process information for immediate process analysis and fast optimization.
