Presence and Completeness Check

Stationary or mobile cameras inspect assemblies and components for specified properties, including completeness, presence, and correct position. Defective components can be removed or reworked immediately. This ensures that production in the press shop meets the quality requirements of the downstream processes to 100%.

Bead Inspection

As the application process determines the ideal system design, we have the right solution for every application. This can take the form of an offline or inline system and be stationary or robot-based, depending on the application and requirements. The 2D and 3D inline inspection systems ensure during the application process and thus within the normal cycle time that any bead interruptions, geometry, and position errors are detected reliably with high accuracy in regards to the adhesive and sealant application.
