100% monitoring allows an immediate response to even the tiniest deviations, to ensure that not a single defective component reaches the next stage of production. There is also no need to spend time and effort transporting components to the CMM room for analysis.

The wide range of options for statistical analysis provides an outstanding overview of the status of production and the quality produced during operation. A warning system with configurable settings can be established based on the process analysis.

At-line Gauging

Robot-guided sensor system for high-precision 3D geometry inspections of all relevant measurement features, such as edges, all types of holes and surfaces for bypass mode and comprehensive detailed analysis operation. Based on the X-GAGE3D sensor portfolio, the system offers relative measurements with robot temperature compensation as a standard. Absolute measurement systems are also available as an option.


Off-line Gauging

Robot-guided sensor system for high-precision 3D geometry inspections of all relevant measurement features, such as edges, all types of holes and surfaces, beside the assembly line. The system is especially suitable for the comprehensive inspection of individual parts and components in production environments or CMM rooms. Based on the X-GAGE3D sensor range, the system offers relative measurements with robot temperature compensation as a standard. Absolute measurement systems are also available as an option.
