Join our global team at our SOUTHERN GERMANY AREA (STUTTGART / AUGSBURG / MUINCH) location as:



  • Continuous visiting of the customers in the territory with focus on strategic selling
  • Creating of opportunities and securing further sustainable growth in our core markets Flexible Packaging, Corrugated, NonWovens and Battery 
  • Key Account Management with focus on valuable customers, acquiring and closing of package deals
  • Careful observation of market development and competitive activities including regular benchmarking 
  • Support and visit of strategically important customers & OEM's in coordination with the Business Unit Manager
  • Support of customer events
  • Trade show team member / visiting trade shows
  • Local and permanent competitor scanning and -analysis


  • Bachelor- or Master degree - preferably with a technical-/commercial backround or similar
  • Knowledge about Vision systems and of above mentioned core markets is advantageous.
  • Min 2-5 years work experience with successful track record in selling to production industry, preferably for automation-, measurement- or machine equipment.  and basic knowledge in industrial automation technology is appreciated.
  • Result orientated, good organized and independent
  • Capability to understand and work in complex
  • Willingness to travel within your market / territory (Customers and ISRA locations)
  • Training experience (to train the sales teams with technical / strategical product trainings)
  • Conceptional thinking and acting
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, CRM, ERP
  • Very good written and spoken German, English appreciated
