Web Inspection System
This automatic inspection system for all high-quality coated paper and board types reliably detects and classifies edge cracks, holes, dirt spots, wrinkles, streaks, sratches, and in particular coating defects.
Web Break Monitoring
Live web monitoring and automatically triggered image sequences due to process disturbances help detect critical situations as early as possible and stabilize processes.
Process Stability due to Precise Pinpointing of Detected Defects
Together with the Unwind Control System (UCS), the inspection system precisely combines the inspection data generated in previous process steps with the data obtained from the offline coater.
