The compact white-light interferometers of the NetGAGE3D product line measure surfaces quickly, precisely, and reliably down to the nanometer range – in-line, at-line, and off-line.

From metallic surfaces in fine mechanics and toolmaking to electronic components, our systems record parameters such as flatness, step height, and parallelism in just one measurement – even in large FOVs of up to 110 x 110 mm².

A simple and intuitively designed user interface ensures quick configuration of measurement tasks. As soon as the first measurement begins, the entire sequence is saved as an automated recipe and is always available for subsequent measurements.
