The system is particularly suitable for body-in-white - such as structural adhesive joints and seam sealing - or paint applications with large coverage areas. In addition, the system is capable of inspecting large areas of coatings. Special algorithms inspect the continuity of the edges and check for gaps within the surface. Both parameters are essential for a good seal of the surface application and safety-critical bonds.
