SCREENSCAN-RD (Reflected Distortion) is a non-contact inline or offline 3D measurement system for evaluating the curvature quality of curved automotive glass. The specially-developed measurement procedures are based on stereo deflectometry and measure the local curvature on reflective surfaces reliably and automatically. As a result, the system is capable of quickly calculating the glass curvature of all glass types with high precision in millidiopters. The position and alignment of the test sample do not influence the result.

SCREENSCAN-RD quickly delivers the collected inspection data for analysis, in order to optimize processes.
