Supplier information

As of 11/01/2023 all parcel deliveries to ISRA VISION within Germany are to be delivered exclusively Delivered Duty Paid (DDP, Incoterns 2023) ISRA VISION delivery address (evident from the orders).

Parcel deliveries have to be made by the parcel service provider United Parcel Service (UPS) via ISRA VISION / UPS online shipping portal "Intelligent Reverse Logistics" set up for this purpose. The delivery costs shall be borne by the ISRA VISION account.
