Multistrand extruded profiles

ISRA PARSYTEC provides a fully automated surface inspection of extruded aluminum profiles on single and multistrand lines. The system’s reliable sensors detect every relevant defect in the earliest stage simultaneously on all visible sides of the product.

Blanking

Unique inline surface inspection at the Coiler

Constant Pass-Line Distance technology is an add-on allowing inspection at the coiler, often the only available inspection position. The sensor maintains a constant distance to the inspected surface during the entire winding or unwinding process. This is the only way to ensure reliable inspection with a changing diameter of the coil.
